Hello! I’m Rachel.

I am the passionate creator behind Nurses in the Media.  With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse and a passion for nursing advocacy, I am committed to empowering nurses to advocate beyond the bedside using media.

I am an experienced global public speaker who has developed distance-learning education platforms for nurses at professional associations and medical device companies.

My doctoral work in nursing and media engagement and fierce commitment to advocating for nursing have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to develop effective training programs tailored to the unique needs of nurses.

I am a Kansas City native (Go Chiefs!), and currently live in Merritt Island, Florida, near my two beautiful granddaughters.
